Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Cobepa on the reinforcement of its shareholding in International SOS.
"We advised our long-standing client Cobepa on its first investment in International SOS 14 years ago, and we have continued to advise the company on a variety of transactions throughout this enduring and successful partnership," said White & Case partner Thierry Bosly, who led the Firm's deal team.
The transaction occurred in the context of the acquisition of a minority interest in International SOS by FFP, an investment company listed on Euronext Paris that is majority-owned by the Peugeot family.

Operating in 85 countries, it employs 10,000 health, security and logistics experts and supports 12,000 organisations. In its financial year ended June 30, 2020, International SOS achieved sales of US$1.2 billion.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Thierry Bosly (Brussels) and included partners Guillaume Vitrich (Paris) and Richard Jones (London), and associates Philippe Hendrickx, Nick Hallemeesch (both Brussels) and Simon Martin-Gousset (Paris).
