White & Case advises Cobepa on €230 million financing for acquisition of Salice

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the independent and privately-held investment company Cobepa SA on the €230 million financing from a pool of lenders for the acquisition of world leader in opening systems, fittings for furniture and wardrobe accessories Salice S.p.A. and its Italian and foreign subsidiaries.
The White & Case team in Milan that advised on the transaction included partner Iacopo Canino, local partner Bianca Caruso, associates Stefano Bellani and Alessia Sommadossi and lawyer Lorenzo Suzzi.
