White & Case advises Cobepa and Inflexion on strategic investment in Easyfairs

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Cobepa and Inflexion on their investment in Easyfairs, one of the world's leading events companies, alongside its founder Eric Everard.

"Cobepa is a longstanding client of White & Case and our team advised on the corporate and financing aspects of the transaction."

Cobepa is an independent, privately held investment company with offices in New York, Brussels, and Munich, and over €4.7 billion net asset value. Inflexion is a leading European mid-market private equity firm with €12 billion net assets value under management.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close in the third quarter of 2024.
