Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised České dráhy, a.s. (Czech Railways), the Czech national railway transport operator, on its issuance of €500 million 1.5% notes due 2026 and their admission to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction was led by local partner Petr Hudec (Prague) and partner Stuart Matty (London), with support from associates Jan Vacula (Prague) and Jessica Oliver (London).
