Global law firm White & Case advised Polish ceramic tile manufacturer Cerrad sp. z o.o. on a financing provided by Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Bank Pekao S.A.
The funds will be used to finance the construction of a new ceramic tiles production plant and a new cogeneration plant in Poland.
Cerrad sp. z o.o. is a dynamic and growing Poland-based wall and floor tiles producer with customers in more than 50 countries.
