White & Case advises CDPQ on sale of stake in Heathrow Airport

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised CDPQ as part of a consortium selling a 37.62 percent stake in Heathrow Airport to Ardian and Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund.

White & Case partner Ken Barry, who led the Firm's deal team, said: "This is a landmark transaction for our relationship with CDPQ and we look forward to supporting their Infrastructure team again in 2025, utilizing our market leading infrastructure expertise across EMEA and Asia-Pacific."

CDPQ is a global investment group with CAD $452 billion in net assets as at June 30, 2024. It is active in the major financial markets, private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private debt.

The White & Case team in London which advised on the transaction was led by partner Ken Barry and associate Joe Bradley and included associates Zack Trumper and Kate Kelliher.
