White & Case advises Castik Capital on financing for acquisition of WATR Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised funds managed by Castik Capital S.à r.l on the debt financing to partially finance the acquisition of WATR Group.

WATR Group is a leading group of water management specialists in Germany and the Netherlands, encompassing dewatering and groundwater management services, mobile water purification, temporary pump installations as well as related ground protection products.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Colin Harley (London) and included partner Andreas Lischka (Frankfurt), local partner Markus Fischer (Frankfurt) and associates Man Hay Yip, Jere Agbaje, Monica Shah (all London), Elias Schaefer and Angela Fleck (both Frankfurt).
