Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Castik Capital S.à r.l. (Castik) on the debt financing for its acquisition of a majority stake in paraDIGMA group.

Founded in 2014, Castik is a private equity firm focused on making investments in Europe-headquartered, high quality growing businesses led by strong management teams and founders.

paraDIGMA group is one of the Netherlands' leading occupational health providers in the field of employee health & wellbeing.
