Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Cary Group on the acquisition of Belgian vehicle glass repair and replacement companies Autoglass Clinic and Touring Glass.
The acquisitions are expected to complete during the second quarter of 2023 and follow Cary Group’s recent acquisition of Autoglass Luxembourg, on which White & Case also advised. In combination, the three transactions represent the group’s entry into the Benelux region.
Cary Group, a European market leader in sustainable solutions for the repair and replacement of vehicle glass with a complementary offering in vehicle damage repair, is a portfolio company of Nordic Capital and CVC.
The White & Case team which advised on the acquisitions was co-led by partner Thomas Glauden (Luxembourg & Brussels) and local partner Philippe Hendrickx (Brussels), and included local partner Christophe Goossens (Luxembourg & Brussels) and associates Nick Hallemeesch, Rodrigo Belle Gubbins (both Brussels), Antoine Cleret (Brussels & Luxembourg), Olivier Poinsignon, Morgane Bieber and Konstantinos Strakas (all Luxembourg).
