Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Carnegie Investment Bank, as sole bookrunner, on Qliro Group's directed share issue.
Qliro Group is a leading digital commerce and related financial services group in the Nordic region. It runs several leading Nordic marketplaces including online retailer CDON, fashion brand Nelly and fintech company Qliro.
