White & Case Advises The Carlyle Group on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Memsource

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised The Carlyle Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in Memsource, a leading Czech translation business, from its existing shareholders.
Memsource management, including Founder and CEO David Canek, remain shareholders in the business.

Memsource is a leading translation technology provider that assists global corporations and the language services industry to automate the localisation of large volumes of multilingual content. Since it was founded in 2010, it has pioneered the first AI-powered Machine Translation Enablement (MTE) platform, sitting at the nexus of a US$23 billion market.
