White & Case advises Capital Four on financing for IK Partners' acquisition of MÜPRO

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised independent credit asset management firm Capital Four on a unitranche financing for the acquisition of MÜPRO by IK Partners.

MÜPRO is a leading provider of pipe fixing solutions for technical building equipment, sanitary, heating, ventilation and air conditioning applications.

IK Partners is a European private equity firm focused on investments in Benelux, the DACH countries, France, the Nordics and the UK. Since 1989, IK has raised more than €14 billion of capital and invested in over 160 European companies.
