Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the buyer on the acquisition of GETEC, one of Europe's leading sustainable energy service companies for real estate and industrial customers.

GETEC is a leading energy provider and energy service contracting specialist for the energy industry and the real estate sector in Germany and Europe. It employs more than 2,200 people at some 50 locations across nine European countries.
