White & Case advises Bregal Milestone and other shareholders on sale of Epassi Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bregal Milestone and other shareholders on the sale of Epassi Group Oy to a consortium consisting of TA Associates and Warburg Pincus.

Bregal Milestone is a leading growth capital firm focused on providing growth capital and strategic assistance to ambitious technology companies. Bregal Milestone is part of Bregal Investments, which has invested more than €15 billion to date.

Epassi Group Oy is a market leader in mobile payments for employee benefits in the Nordics. It works with more than 10,000 employers in the region and offers a comprehensive range of employee benefits to approximately 2 million employees through Epassi's network of more than 51,000 partners in Finland and Sweden. In 2023, Epassi expanded into the European market, growing its network to over 3,000 employers, 11 million employees and 11,000 partners in the UK, Ireland and Italy.
