White & Case advises BNP Paribas and Portzamparc on direct listing of TaTaTu on Euronext Growth Paris

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas and Portzamparc on the direct listing of TaTaTu on Euronext Growth Paris. 

TaTaTu will also join the Euronext Tech Leaders segment, composed of leading and high growth European Tech companies. The first listing of TaTaTu’s shares on Euronext Growth Paris, following a private placement, occurred on 19 October 2022.

TaTaTu, a company founded by Andrea Iervolino, is the first social media and entertainment app to reward users for spending time on its platform. 

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Thomas Le Vert and Max Turner (both Paris) and included partner Ferigo Foscari (Milan) and associates Boris Kreiss and Julien Gerson (both Paris) and Alessandro Picchi (Milan).
