White & Case advises Blue Water Energy on sale of Kent to Nesma & Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised global energy investment firm Blue Water Energy (Bluewater) on the sale of engineering company Kent to Nesma & Partners.
"Following Bluewater's investment in Kent in 2015 the company has grown substantially, most notably through its acquisition of SNC-Lavalin's oil & gas business in mid-2021, on which we also advised," said White & Case partner Steven Worthington, who led the Firm's deal team. "Our role advising Bluewater during its investment and now on the sale of Kent demonstrates our ability to advise on the most complex and global of M&A transactions including in the energy sector."
