White & Case advises Blantyre Capital Limited on acquisition of majority stake in Spanish transport group ESP Solutions

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Blantyre Capital Limited, a European alternative asset management firm, on the acquisition of a majority stake in ESP Solutions, a company specialised in refrigerated transportation and operating in more than 20 countries, from its founder and CEO Pedro Campillo.  

Following the acquisition Mr Campillo will remain as a minority shareholder.  

The White & Case team in Madrid which advised on the transaction was led by partners Javier Monzón and Jaime Rossi and local partner Álvaro Manzanos, with support from associate Esther Gabilondo.
