White & Case Advises BearingPoint RegTech on Acquisition of Vizor Software

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordic Capital-backed BearingPoint RegTech (RegTech) on the acquisition of Vizor Limited (Vizor).

Frankfurt-based RegTech is a leading European provider of innovative regulatory, risk, and supervisory technology solutions, with a strong customer base in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and a growing presence in adjacent geographies such as Benelux, Ireland, the Nordics and the UK.

Vizor is a global leader in regulatory and supervisory software headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with customers primarily based in Africa, Asia, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East.

The newly formed organization will maximize synergies in product development and innovation to broaden their existing global customer base and create more value for customers. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction, which is also subject to customary regulatory approvals.
