White & Case advises banks on TGS ASA’s high yield bond and super senior secured credit facilities

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the initial purchasers on TGS ASA's offering of US$550 million 8.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2030 and the lenders on US$215 million super senior secured credit facilities, consisting of a Revolving Facility, a Guarantee Facility and a Term Loan A.
The proceeds of the notes and credit facilities are to be used to refinance the company’s existing indebtedness.
