White & Case advises banks on Stillfront Group's SEK 2 billion rights issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and Swedbank AB (publ) as Joint Global Coordinators on the SEK 2 billion rights issue of Stillfront Group AB (publ).

Headquartered in Stockholm and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Stillfront is a global group of gaming studios and a market leader in the free-to-play online strategy games genre. Its main markets are in Europe, the US and the MENA region.

The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was led by partner Rikard Stenberg and included associates Christoffer Nilmén and Louise Nässén.
