White & Case Advises Banks on Spin-Off of TechnipFMC and Listing of Technip Energies on Euronext Paris

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Société Générale on the distribution of Technip Energies N.V. shares to TechnipFMC shareholders and the admission to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris of Technip Energies on 16 February 2021.
In the context of the admission BPIfrance undertook to purchase a stake in Technip Energies corresponding to an amount of US$200 million, making it a major long-term shareholder in the company.
Technip Energies is a world leading engineering and technology company. The company comprises the Technip Energies segment of TechnipFMC, including Genesis, which is a leader in advisory services and front-end engineering.
TechnipFMC is a leading technology provider to the traditional and new energies industry. TechnipFMC shares are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris and the New York Stock Exchange.
