Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Morgan Stanley on a €300 million bond issue by Sirius Real Estate Limited (Sirius), a leading operator of branded business and industrial parks in Germany.
The proceeds of the bond, which has a fixed coupon of 1.750% and matures in 2028, will be used to partially finance the acquisition of BizSpace, refinance certain existing secured indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. The notes have been listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
