White & Case Advises Banks on Republic of San Marino's €340 Million Sovereign Bond Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised JP Morgan Securities Plc and Credit Suisse Securities Sociedad de Valore S.A. as Joint Lead Managers on the first sovereign issuance by the Republic of San Marino of €340 million 3.25% Notes due 2024.

The Notes have been offered and sold exclusively to professional investors pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act and have been listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
