Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, Natixis and Portzamparc, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Group, on the initial public offering (IPO) of Haffner Energy on Euronext Growth Paris.
The prospectus received approval from the French financial markets authority (Autorité des marchés financiers) on 28 January 2022 and the first listing took place on 15 February 2022. The market capitalization amounts to approximately €358 million.
Haffner Energy specialises in energy engineering and biomass to energy projects. Most recently the company has designed and built HYNOCA, a disruptive carbon-negative solution for producing competitive renewable hydrogen.
