White & Case advises banks on financing for Tods's voluntary tender offer

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNL-BNP Paribas Group, Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, Milan Branch and Deutsche Bank, as lenders and issuing banks, on the negotiation and execution of a credit agreement related to the financing of DeVa Finance S.r.l.'s voluntary tender offer for all the ordinary shares in Tod's S.p.A (Tod's).
The aim of the transaction is to delist Tod's from the Milan Stock Exchange.
Tod's is an Italian fashion brand operating in luxury shoes, accessories and apparel under the Tod's, Roger Vivier, Hogan and Fay brands. The company is majority controlled by the founding Della Valle family.
