White & Case advises banks on CCC’s offer of new shares valued at over PLN 1.55 billion

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a banking syndicate on CCC S.A.'s offer of new series N ordinary bearer shares in an accelerated book-building (ABB) process valued at more than PLN 1.55 billion.

The offer by way of a private subscription included the issuance of 8,157,894 million series N shares at an issue price of PLN 190 per share. Both Polish and foreign investors participated in the offer. The shares were sold only to selected qualified investors and investors acquiring securities with a total value of at least €100,000 in Poland, as well as pursuant to other exemptions from the obligation to prepare a prospectus and outside the US under Regulation S pursuant to the US Securities Act 1933, as amended.

CCC plans to allocate the funds raised from the share issue to pay the cash portion of the buyout of Modivo's minority shareholders.

CCC has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004.
