White & Case Advises Banks on ASTM’s €3 Billion Debut Sustainability-Linked Bond Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Mediobanca and UniCredit, as arrangers and dealers, and Banca Akros, Banco Santander, BNP Paribas, Caixabank, Crédit Agricole CIB, Credit Suisse, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, JP Morgan, Mediobanca, Société Générale and UniCredit, as joint lead managers, on three sustainability-linked bonds issued by ASTM for a total principal amount of €3 billion.
The notes have been issued under ASTM’s €4 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme and listed on the Irish Stock Exchange (Euronext Dublin).
ASTM S.p.A. is a world leader in the management of motorway networks and in the design and construction of major infrastructure works.
