White & Case advises banks on AMCO’s €500 million senior unsecured notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Deutsche Bank, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley and Santander, as joint lead managers, on AMCO’s issuance of €500 million senior unsecured notes due 2026.

The notes have been issued under AMCO's €6 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction included partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan), Ferigo Foscari (Milan) and Richard Pogrel (London) and associate Pietro Magnaghi (Milan).
