White & Case Advises Banks on Acquisition Of IMV Technologies by Montagu Private Equity

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the banks, comprising Bank of Ireland, HSBC Continental Europe, ING Bank N.V., and UniCredit Bank AG, on the financing of Montagu Private Equity's acquisition of IMV Technologies and on the partial refinancing of its debt.

European-based Montagu Private Equity entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire IMV Technologies with Qualium Investissement, the majority shareholder of IMV Technologies, and its management team, in January.

IMV Technologies is a leader in animal and human assisted reproduction technologies and veterinary imaging. 

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Raphaël Richard and Roman Picherack (both Paris) and included partners Gregory Owens (New York) and Richard Lloyd (London) and associates Michel Courtois (Paris), Bettina de Catalogne (New York) and Juanita Derex-Briggs (London).
