White & Case advises banking syndicate led by Deutsche Bank on amend and extend transaction for Minimax Viking

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a syndicate of banks, coordinated by Deutsche Bank AG, on the extension of the maturity of an existing syndicated loan agreement for Minimax Viking, a company specializing in fire protection.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partners Vanessa Schürmann and Andreas Lischka and included local partner Markus Fischer and associates Merve Mert, Lina Fiedler, Angela Fleck and Marie-Christin Frowerk.
