White & Case advises bank syndicate on JAB Holdings' €500 million sustainability-linked bond

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Joint Bookrunners on JAB Holdings B.V.'s €500 million sustainability-linked bond issue.
The notes, which are guaranteed by JAB Holding Company S.à r.l., have a ten-year term, an initial fixed coupon of 4.750 percent and a denomination of €100,000. Application has been made to list the Notes on the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and for admission to trading on the Euro MTF Market operated by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The rate of interest payable on the Notes will be subject to adjustments upon occurrence of certain step-up conditions linked to certain JAB Group's sustainability performance targets.
