White & Case advises bank syndicate on Continental Aktiengesellschaft's €500 million bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised ING Bank N.V., Mizuho Securities Europe GmbH, SMBC Bank EU AG and Standard Chartered Bank AG as active bookrunners, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and NatWest Markets N.V. as passive bookrunners, and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. and Bank of China (Europe) S.A. as co-managers on a €500 million bond issue by Continental Aktiengesellschaft.
The notes have a term of three and-a-half years, a fixed interest rate of 4.00% p.a. and were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partner Karsten Wöckener, local partner Peter Becker and associate Mert Kilic.
