White & Case Advises Bank Group on Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement's €830 Million Bond Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, JP Morgan, Natixis and Standard Chartered Bank, as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners, on the 144A/Reg S offering by Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement (BOAD) of its €830 million 4.70% notes due 2031.
White & Case also advised certain banks on the hedging arrangements established by BOAD to cover the currency risk on the transaction.
White & Case previously advised the underwriters and the hedging banks on BOAD's bond issues in 2014 and 2017.
Created in 1973, BOAD is the common development finance institution of the member states of the West African Monetary Union.
