White & Case Advises Bank Consortium on Symrise’s €500 Million Bond Issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, MUFG Securities (Europe) N.V, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) and UniCredit Bank AG, as Joint Bookrunners, on Symrise AG's €500 million bond issue.

The notes have a six and-a-half year term, a fixed coupon of 1.250% and will be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. At the beginning of 2018, White & Case advised the banks on an €800 million bridge facility for Symrise, as well as the company's €400 million capital increase.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction included partner Karsten Wöckener, local partner Cristina Freudenberger, counsel Alexander Born and associates Daniel Gillenkirch and Daniel Sander.
