White & Case Advises Bank Consortium on €250 Million Bilfinger Bond Issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch and HSBC BANK plc, as joint lead managers, on a €250 million bond issue by Bilfinger SE.

The notes have a five-year term, a 4.500% fixed coupon and will be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
