White & Case Advises Bank Consortium on Continental's €500 Million Bond Issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised UniCredit Bank AG, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, MUFG Securities (Europe) N.V. and Standard Chartered Bank as lead managers, and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. and DBS Bank Ltd. as co-lead managers, on a €500 million bond issue by Continental Aktiengesellschaft.

The notes have a term of four years, a fixed interest rate of 0.00% p.a. and were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
