Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Banco BPM S.p.A. on its €750 million 2% Senior Preferred Unsecured Notes due 2022.
The notes have been issued under Banco BPM's €25 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Banca Akros S.p.A. – Gruppo Banco BPM, Banca IMI S.p.A., Barclays Bank PLC, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited and Société Générale acted as joint bookrunners.
The White & Case team in Milan which advised on the transaction comprised partner Ferigo Foscari, local partner Paul Alexander, associate Angelo Messore and lawyer Marco Sportelli.
