White & Case Advises Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. on €1.25 Billion Bond Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. on its issuance of €1.25 billion 2.0 % Notes due 2028. 

The Notes have been listed on the Global Exchange Market managed by Euronext Dublin and offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
