Global law firm White & Case has advised Autogrill S.p.A. on its €600 million rights issue.
Autogrill is the world's leading provider of food & beverage services for travelers. It is present in 31 countries and manages approximately 4,000 points of sale in around 1,000 locations. The company operates mainly in airports and motorways, and also in railway stations, with a selective presence in high streets, shopping centers, trade fairs, museums and other cultural facilities.
