White & Case advises Atlas Copco on €300 million notes issuance and tender offer

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Atlas Copco AB (Atlas Copco) on the issuance by Atlas Copco Finance DAC of €300 million 3.500% notes due 2035, guaranteed by Atlas Copco.

The notes were issued under Atlas Copco's US$6 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme, updated during March 2025. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. Citigroup, Danske Bank and SEB acted as joint lead managers on the notes offering.

In parallel with the EMTN programme update and notes issue, White & Case advised Atlas Copco on its tender offer for up to €250 million of its €500 million outstanding 0.625% notes due 2026. Citigroup and SEB acted as dealer managers on the tender offer.

White & Case advised Atlas Copco on English and Swedish law matters relating to the transaction.

Atlas Copco is a Swedish-based global industrial tools and equipment company listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange.
