Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Atlantia S.p.A. on its issuance of €1 billion 1.875% Notes due 2028.
The Notes have been listed on the Global Exchange Market managed by Euronext Dublin and offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act.
