White & Case Advises Arroyo Energy Investment Partners on Agreement to Acquire Gasmar

Global law firm White & Case LLP is advising Arroyo Energy Investment Partners on the acquisition by its investment vehicle, Inversiones Arco 4 SpA, of the shares of Gasmar S.A. from Empresas Gasco S.A. and Abastible S.A. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Empresas Copec S.A.). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.
Gasmar S.A., a Chilean company, owns and operates the largest LPG terminal on the Pacific Coast of South America.
The White & Case team advising on the transaction is led by partners Bill Parish in Houston and Carlos Viana in Miami and includes counsel Fern Hahn, partner Chad McCormick, counsel Michael Rodgers, and associates Carlos Diaz and Luisa Muskus (all in Houston) and Maria Vanegas, Ana Maria Arias (both in Miami) and Raffaele Montenero Turco (New York).
