White & Case Advises Archer Hotel Capital on Financing of Pan-European Hotel Portfolio

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Archer Hotel Capital (AHC) on its approximately €380 million cross-collateralised financing package by Aareal Bank AG of a pan-European portfolio of seven hotels in five different European countries.

"We have supported AHC on this complex financing, executed during the present very challenging circumstances," said White & Case partner Jeffrey Rubinoff, who led the Firm's deal team. "The transaction required us to deploy a multi-jurisdictional, multi-disciplinary team to implement a financing that will see AHC though to the return of a more conventional operating environment."

The portfolio of hotels includes the Le Meridien Piccadilly, Renaissance La Defense, Renaissance Vendome, Renaissance Amsterdam, Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Sheraton Stockholm and Conrad Dublin.
