White & Case Advises Antin Infrastructure Partners on US$1.25 Billion Purchase of Assets from Veolia Environment SA

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Antin Infrastructure Partners, a leading independent private equity fund focused on infrastructure investments, on its acquisition for US$1.25 billion from Veolia Environment SA of its district energy assets in the United States. The portfolio comprises steam, hot and chilled water and electricity production plants, including cogeneration, and 13 networks in 10 US cities.
Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected in the fourth quarter of 2019.
