Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Antin Infrastructure Partners on the sale of Roadchef to a fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management.

Roadchef was one of the first MSA operators to roll out electric vehicle (EV) charging points and will play a key role in the UK's journey to Net Zero by enabling EV adoption.
