Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised leading investment fund Angelo Gordon on an agreement in principle to provide a €170 million new money injection in Technicolor Creative Studios (TCS).
The refinancing, fully underwritten by a large majority of the existing shareholders and lenders, would enable TCS to address its liquidity needs and establish, in particular by reducing its indebtedness, a new framework for its recovery.
The agreement in principle has been approved unanimously by the TCS Board of Directors and will be submitted for approval to the Commercial Court of Paris by the end of March 2023
The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Saam Golshani and counsel Hugues Racovski and included partners Denise Diallo, Franck De Vita and Séverin Robillard, and associates Boris Kreiss, Anne-Liz Salapian and Amélie Jungbluth.
