White & Case advises Amplifon on €300 million sustainability-linked financing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Amplifon, a global leader in hearing solutions and services, on its €300 million sustainability-linked revolving financing.
The new facility is linked to specific indicators in Amplifon's sustainability plan, contributing to the company’s achievement of certain Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations' 2030 Agenda. It represents another step forward in Amplifon's journey toward further integration of ESG objectives within its business and financial strategy.
The financing was provided by a consortium of global financial institutions comprising BNP Paribas (Milan Branch), CaixaBank S.A. (Succursale Italiana), Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Milan Branch), and UniCredit S.p.A., acting as lead arrangers, and Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A. acting as agent.
The White & Case team that advised on the transaction included partner Michael Immordino (London and Milan) and associates Stefano Bellani and Nicola Tosin (both Milan).
