White & Case Advises Amber Capital on Conclusion of Settlement Agreement with Lagardère

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Amber Capital on the conclusion of a settlement agreement with Lagardère, which puts an end to several judicial proceedings between the organisations.
Following this agreement with Amber Capital, Vivendi, Financière Agache and Qatar Holding, Lagardère SCA announced on April 28, 2021, its proposal to transform and change its governance structure into a French SA Société anonyme, a regular company with a regular board.
The proposal remains subject to the approval of Lagardère's next General Meeting which will be held on June 30, 2021.
