Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Alder on the sale of Gasmet Technologies (Gasmet) to Nederman.
Gasmet, founded in 1990, is the leading FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) gas analyser and emissions monitoring system provider, with almost 30 years of FTIR experience. Gasmet develops, manufactures and markets gas analyzers and monitoring systems for a variety of industrial, environmental and safety applications. The company has supplied more than 4,000 analysers worldwide, the biggest number of FTIR gas analyzers ever delivered for industrial and on-site applications. In the field of gas analysis, the company has established an international reputation for innovative, customer-driven and reliable solutions.
Nederman is a world leading supplier and developer of products and solutions within the environmental technology sector.
