White & Case Advises on Air Liquide's US$500 Million Bond Issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Air Liquide on its US$500 million bond issue of 2.250% notes due 2029.

Air Liquide is a world leader in gases, technologies and services for industry and healthcare.

White & Case advised Air Liquide in 2016 on its first offering of bonds in the U.S. market for US$4.5 billion.

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partners Max Turner and Philippe Herbelin, with support from partner Alexandre Ippolito and associates Isabelle Touré-Farah and Guillaume Keusch.
